mcp.tc/i/google-workspace

Descrizione

A community-built server that connects an AI assistant to Google Workspace. It covers Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Chat and Tasks, plus Google Programmable Search. You can search and send mail, manage events, edit documents and spreadsheets, build forms and read chat messages. It is not made by Google.

It runs locally over stdio with uvx (workspace-mcp) and can also be hosted over streamable HTTP. You need your own Google OAuth client ID and secret from Google Cloud Console, with the relevant Google APIs enabled. Users sign in with their Google account. Tool tiers and a read-only mode limit what the assistant can do.

Configurazione

claude mcp add --transport stdio google-workspace -- uvx workspace-mcp --tool-tier core
  1. Avvia Claude Code e digita /mcp. google-workspace dovrebbe risultare collegato.

Aggiungi --scope user per renderlo disponibile in tutti i progetti.

Claude Desktop

  1. Apri Settings → Developer → Edit Config. Si apre claude_desktop_config.json. Aggiungi:
claude_desktop_config.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "google-workspace": {
      "command": "uvx",
      "args": [
        "workspace-mcp",
        "--tool-tier",
        "core"
      ]
    }
  }
}

Cursor

Oppure aggiungilo a mano in ~/.cursor/mcp.json (tutti i progetti) o in .cursor/mcp.json (questo progetto):

mcp.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "google-workspace": {
      "command": "uvx",
      "args": [
        "workspace-mcp",
        "--tool-tier",
        "core"
      ]
    }
  }
}

Richiede uv (Python) sul tuo computer.

VS Code

Oppure da un terminale:

code --add-mcp '{"name":"google-workspace","type":"stdio","command":"uvx","args":["workspace-mcp","--tool-tier","core"]}'

Oppure fai commit nel repository in .vscode/mcp.json:

.vscode/mcp.json
{
  "servers": {
    "google-workspace": {
      "type": "stdio",
      "command": "uvx",
      "args": [
        "workspace-mcp",
        "--tool-tier",
        "core"
      ]
    }
  }
}

Richiede uv (Python) sul tuo computer.

Devin Desktop

  1. Aggiungilo a ~/.config/devin/mcp_config.json (macOS e Linux) o a %APPDATA%\devin\mcp_config.json (Windows):
mcp_config.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "google-workspace": {
      "command": "uvx",
      "args": [
        "workspace-mcp",
        "--tool-tier",
        "core"
      ]
    }
  }
}

Codex

codex mcp add google-workspace -- uvx workspace-mcp --tool-tier core

Oppure modifica direttamente ~/.codex/config.toml:

config.toml
[mcp_servers.google-workspace]
command = "uvx"
args = ["workspace-mcp", "--tool-tier", "core"]

Richiede uv (Python) sul tuo computer.

Gemini CLI

gemini mcp add google-workspace uvx -- workspace-mcp --tool-tier core

Così lo aggiungi al progetto corrente. Aggiungi -s user per usarlo ovunque.

Qualsiasi client

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "google-workspace": {
      "command": "uvx",
      "args": [
        "workspace-mcp",
        "--tool-tier",
        "core"
      ]
    }
  }
}

Domande frequenti
