Collegati a Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) richiede l’accesso. Collegati con il suo URL:

https://container.googleapis.com/mcp

Descrizione

Connects to the Google Kubernetes Engine API and to the Kubernetes API of your clusters. You can list, create and update clusters and node pools, track GKE operations, and run kubectl-style actions such as get, describe, logs, events, rollout status and auth checks. It can also apply manifests, patch resources and delete resources.

Runs as a hosted streamable HTTP endpoint at https://container.googleapis.com/mcp. Access uses Google OAuth 2.0 and is governed by IAM permissions on your project and clusters. Several tools change or delete resources, so review calls before approving them.

Configurazione

claude mcp add --transport http gke https://container.googleapis.com/mcp
  1. Avvia Claude Code, digita /mcp, scegli gke e seleziona Authenticate.

Claude Desktop

  1. Apri Settings → Connectors e fai clic su Add custom connector.
  2. Chiamalo Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) e incolla questo URL:
https://container.googleapis.com/mcp

  3. Incolla https://container.googleapis.com/mcp come URL del server e scegli OAuth.

Cursor

Oppure aggiungilo a mano in ~/.cursor/mcp.json (tutti i progetti) o in .cursor/mcp.json (questo progetto):

mcp.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "gke": {
      "url": "https://container.googleapis.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Cursor mostra Needs login accanto al server. Fai clic per accedere.

VS Code

Oppure da un terminale:

code --add-mcp '{"name":"gke","type":"http","url":"https://container.googleapis.com/mcp"}'

Oppure fai commit nel repository in .vscode/mcp.json:

.vscode/mcp.json
{
  "servers": {
    "gke": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://container.googleapis.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Devin Desktop

  1. Aggiungilo a ~/.config/devin/mcp_config.json (macOS e Linux) o a %APPDATA%\devin\mcp_config.json (Windows):
mcp_config.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "gke": {
      "serverUrl": "https://container.googleapis.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Codex

codex mcp add gke --url https://container.googleapis.com/mcp
codex mcp login gke

Oppure modifica direttamente ~/.codex/config.toml:

config.toml
[mcp_servers.gke]
url = "https://container.googleapis.com/mcp"

Gemini CLI

gemini mcp add --transport http gke https://container.googleapis.com/mcp

Poi, dentro Gemini CLI, esegui /mcp auth gke per accedere.

Così lo aggiungi al progetto corrente. Aggiungi -s user per usarlo ovunque.

Qualsiasi client

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "gke": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://container.googleapis.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Zed mette i server sotto context_servers nelle sue impostazioni.

Remoto. Lo ospita Google Cloud a https://container.googleapis.com/mcp, e usa Streamable HTTP. Non c’è nulla da installare.

Cosa può fare Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)?

Ha 23 tool, tra cui list_k8s_api_resources, check_k8s_auth e describe_k8s_resource. Puoi list, get, create and update GKE clusters, create, list, inspect and update node pools e list, inspect and cancel GKE operations.

Quali client possono usarlo?
